Armada Resources, Inc. was founded in 2000 with a goal of becoming a professional staffing and recruiting agency that serves today's professionals as well as minority groups.  Since the first grand opening Armada Resources earned a solid reputation as one of the most productive and reliable firms in the industry.

Founder of Armada Resources, Inc. Alla Rapoport has worked in the customer service industry for over 20 years. She first began her work back in Minsk, Belorus. She grew to love the customer service field so much, that upon her move to the United States, she chose to continue her work in it. The last 5 years prior to founding Armada Resources she worked as a placement coordinator in one of the premier higher learning institutions; ORT Technical Institute, where she established herself as a bright star without boundaries.  It is her dedications and perseverance that eventually stirred her into the foundation of Armada Resources, Inc. Many of Armada Resources' clients know Alla Rapoport through her work at ORT Technical Institute, and chose to work with her because of this.

It's been a long journey for Alla Rapoport.  When she established Armada Resources, Inc. the Russian-speaking community did not have a professional employment agency.  Alla had to struggle to earn her community's trust and respect.  Although her previous experience, and a keen sense of direction served as a guide, there were still many barriers that stood in the way.  With time she assembled a team of trusted assistants and began to develop key strategies for how to take Armada Resources, Inc. mainstream. 

With time, for many people, Armada Resources became synonymous with a place where a struggling professional could regain their sense of belonging and worthiness.  Armada's policy is to blend perspective employee's skills through careful screening and company's demands for the best possible fit for both employee and the employer.  Armada Resources does not simply present its clients with a place to work, but a place that would reflect their knowledge and personality.
